- An item was sent to you but hasn’t arrived yet.
- We aim to deliver First Class items on the next working day and Second Class items within three working days (Mon-Sat). Special Delivery™ Next Day items should arrive by 1.00pm the next working day (Mon-Fri).
- Check with the sender they have used the correct address and they have attached the right postage for the service used.
- If your Special Delivery™ Next Day item was delivered after the guaranteed delivery time, we’re very sorry and you can claim a refund for your Special Delivery™ fee.
